Generation Z and trade market issues

In occasion of the upcoming conference ERIE 2019, we would like to invite you to take part in the special workshop dedicated to Generation Z and trade market issues. The workshop will be held under the auspices of iGEN project (www.igenproject.eu). Youngsters from generation Z are currently in the beginning of their productive life and will soon influence the character of the trade market significantly. How well are these people going to contribute to society depends also on how effectively and responsibly are they being educated. In the context of ERIE conference, you will have the opportunity to hear representatives of academic community and commercial sector and, of course, the opportunity to contribute to open discussion. In case you would take interest in participating in the workshop, we would also like to invite you to our traditional social evening event that concludes the conference every year. Gabriela Šimšová

Coca-Cola HBC Česko a Slovensko, s.r.o.

Gabriela has had 16 years of experience in HR. She started her career in several consulting companies focused on the employee selection process. She has also worked in HR managerial positions in international companies. Gabriela is responsible for building an organizational culture in all aspects of HR. Education and training, succession, rewarding, evaluation and leadership fall under her competence. Currently, she works as a Supply chain HR manager being responsible for production, distribution, purchase and planning.

 
   

Lenka Šťavová

LMC s.r.o.

Among all sorts of marketing activities, Lenka specializes in active headhunting of graduates and she also led the project Firstjobs. Her career was begun in Unicorn software company where she was in charge of company brand, development of recruitment website or facelift of current company website. In the LMC company, she helps her clients with HR marketing. The following companies belong to her clients: Komerční banka, Bosch, Mountfield, PPL, UPC and others.
   

Arthur William Kastler

SAP Services s.r.o.

  • HR Service manager responsible for the 1st level HR support to 50k employees in the EMEA/MEE region
  • Currently manages a team of 35 HR professionals
  • Member of the Leadership Council focusing on Leadership development and People agenda within the organization
  • Country lead of the SAP awarded Autism at Work program
  • Fosters the Innovation culture at SAP as a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Previously a Diversity and Inclusion fellow focusing on LGBT inclusion
